Where are your products made?
All items are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create more intentionally.
What does “made to order” mean?
Your item is created just for you after you place your order —
we don’t keep bulk inventory.
This helps prevent overproduction and supports slower, more mindful consumption.
Do you offer gift options?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrap, all items arrive ready to enjoy.
You can ship directly to the gift recipient!

How long does shipping take?
Typical timelines:
• Production: 2–5 business days
• U.S. Shipping: 3–8 business days
• International shipping varies
You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items may ship separately because they are made at different Printify partner locations.
Don’t worry — everything is on its way!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or email us.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Email us within 5 hours at thedailygoodlifeinc@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to update it!
If it has already shipped or printed, we may not be able to change the address.
📦 Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or wrong size.
Please review product details before purchasing.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item
Photos of packing slip + packaging
We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost.

What size are your journals?
Most hardcover journals measure approximately 5.75″ × 8″ with 150 lined pages.

Yes!
We occasionally offer screensavers + downloads.
These are instant delivery + final sale.
Are digital products refundable?
No — digital goods are final sale.
