Each item is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and create intentionally.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every product is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size
Buyer’s remorse
Color preference
Change of mind
Please review all product descriptions, mockups, and sizes before completing your purchase.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of:
The product
The packing slip
The mailer/packaging (if damaged)

Refunds may be issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Order Cancellations / Changes
Orders are sent to production quickly.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.
Please email us within 7 hours and we will try our best!
