All physical products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create more intentional, sustainable products.

Processing & Production Time

Each item is produced after your order is placed.

Production time: 2–5 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows (after production):

United States: 3–8 business days

International: Varies by destination

Please note: These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.

You will receive tracking for each shipment when applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, carrier, and item type.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with:
